Lia: Dude! You look like the guy from Hunchback of Notre Dame!
Bao: Seriously? Notre Dame?

My Year
January: I was selfish and stubborn and everything was about me, me, me.

March: Became a workaholic. Worked about 30 hours a week, minimum pay.
April: Content with life. Met a boy.
May: Became insecure.
June: Another broken-heart. But in the process found joy...

2. Get Out of Debt and Stay Out of Debt
Part of being a healthy, mature adult is learning to live within your means all the time, even if that means going without things you think you need, or doing work you don’t love for a while to be responsible financially. The ability to adjust your spending according to your income is a skill that will serve you your whole life.
There will be times...

Mom: Since your heart is always broken...just talk to this dude.
E: I can talk to him, but I know I'll break his heart.
Mom: Why can't you just like him!?
E: I don't know, I don't know what kind of person I am nowadays.

Still hangry (angry and hungry)
Making some bake potatoes tonight, very excited and again, super hungry. It doesn’t help also when your Tumblr dashboard is full of food.
If A Man Wants You →
If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away.
If he doesn’t want you, nothing can make him stay.
Stop making excuses for a man and his behavior.
Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache.
Stop trying to change yourselves for a relationship that’s not meant to be.
Slower is better.
Never live your life for a man before you find what makes you truly happy.

Why do girls fall for bad, no-good, cold-hearted, selfish, careless yaddi yadda boys? Is it because girls believe being hurt somehow relates to honesty? The truth hurts; so when girls are hurt, girls believe it to be something real something true?
Because the truth hurts, we have manipulated our minds to think that being hurt is basically honesty/truth from the other person? You get where...

Lia: ...I don't know for some reason that reminded me of that movie that Adam Sandler was in...and there was this guy who's leg was numb, and when people hit it, he doesn't feel a thing. And he likes cards, so he made cards.
E: We are running out of a lot of things; you better go get a job.

30 Things to Stop Doing to Yourself
1. Stop spending time with the wrong people. – Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you. If someone wants you in their life, they’ll make room for you. You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot. Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth. And remember, it’s not the people that stand by your side when you’re at your best,...

You may wonder where I get my personality from:
From watching too many good-dang movies and reading too many good-dang books.
A little bit of:

Bad habits:
saying “yea yea yea,” like I know where they’re heading with their thought (because some times I do) before whoever is talking to me finishes their sentence.
texting/updating while I’m spending time with someone
interrupting someone in the middle of their story and sometimes even finishing their story for them.
being bored
Not showering at night, but showering in the...
Things I do by myself:
Google: Let it snow
I love snow confetti.
Left it on for a couple of minutes.
Oh. Why is it so foggy?
Looks at defrost button.
DEFROST!

My chapstick knows how to test my patience. I don’t have any, patience that is, when it comes to chapped lips or misplaced chapstick or forgotten chapstick. If I ever leave my chapstick at home or anywhere besides my pocket while telling you that it’s fine because I don’t need it at the moment… slap me hard. It’ll be way more of a better morning, afternoon, evening...
